| Dissolve the reagents in 500 mL of H2O. Adjust to a final volume of 1 L with H2O. Use HCl to adjust the pH to 7.4. Incubate the solution at 37°C for at least 1 h to activate the trypsin. Sterilize the
solution through a 0.22-μm filter, prepare 50-mL aliquots, and store them at −20°C.
