PEM-F

Reagent Volume (for 10 mL)
Formaldehyde (37%; Fisher F79-500) 1 mL
PEM buffera 9 mL
Prepare PEM-F fresh just before use.
a Adjust the pH of the PEM buffer to 7.0 with concentrated HCl. Filter through a 0.22-μm filter. Store PEM buffer for up to 1 yr at 4°C.
