AP reaction solution
Alkaline phosphatase buffer with levamisole
NBT (4-nitro blue tetrazolium chloride) (75 mg/mL stock)
Prepare this NBT stock solution in 70% DMF (dimethylformamide).
BCIP (5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-phosphate) sodium salt (50 mg/mL stock in H2O)
Add 1 μL of NBT stock solution and 3.5 μL of BCIP stock solution per 1 mL of alkaline phosphatase buffer with levamisole. Prepare this reaction solution immediately before use and keep it in the dark.
