LB-gentamycin agar plates

Gentamycin, filter-sterilized (25 mg/mL stock)

LB agar

Autoclave 1 L of LB agar. Cool to 55°C. Add 1 mL of the gentamycin stock (i.e., 25 mg). Pour into Petri dishes (~25 mL per 100-mm plate).
