LB-gentamycin/kanamycin agar plates

Gentamycin, filter-sterilized (25 mg/mL stock)

Kanamycin, filter-sterilized (50 mg/mL stock)

LB agar

Autoclave 1 L of LB agar. Cool to 55°C. Add 1 mL each of the gentamycin and kanamycin stocks (i.e., 25 and 50 mg, respectively). Pour into Petri dishes (~25 mL per 100-mm plate).
