MS medium for Arabidopsis

4.33 g Murashige and Skoog basal medium (Sigma M5519)

20 g sucrose

Add reagents to 900 mL of H2O and stir until dissolved. Adjust the pH to 5.7 with 2 N KOH. Adjust the final volume to 1 L with H2O. Sterilize by filtration at room temperature.
