Stop buffer II

10 mM EDTA

0.2% SDS

0.3 M sodium acetate

50 μg/mL tRNA

Just before use, add 1 μL of a 10 mg/mL proteinase K stock solution to 100 μL of the buffer (for a final concentration of proteinase K of 10 μg/100 μL).
