Hybridization mixture for FISH

Reagent Amount to add (for 10 μL)
Formamide (ultrapure; J.T. Baker) 5 μL
Dextran sulfate (50%) 2 μL
SSC (20X) 1 μL
H2O 2 μL
Make 10 μL of hybridization mixture per slide.
