Methylcellulose/uranyl acetate solution

Methylcellulose

Uranyl acetate

Add 0.3 g of methylcellulose to 20 mL of boiling H2O. Stir for 4-8 h on ice (~4°C). Add 80 mg of uranyl acetate. Let stand for at least 24 h at 4°C. Store at 4°C.
