Heavy CsCl solution

Cesium chloride (CsCl), biological grade

10 mM Tris-Cl (pH.8.0)

Dissolve 672.1 g of CsCl in 673 mL of 10 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8.0). Sterilize by passing through a 0.22-μm filter. Store at room temperature.

Final density of this solution is 1.61 g/mL.
