Phosphate buffer (0.1 M; pH 7.5)

Na2HPO4 95.44
NaH2PO4•H2O 17.64
To prepare a 0.8 M phosphate buffer stock, combine the above ingredients in H2O.
Prior to use, dilute 1:8 to give 0.1 M phosphate buffer.
