Elution buffer for mRNA (10X)

Reagent Quantity (for 500 mL) Final concentration
EDTA (0.5 M) 10 mL 10 mM
SDS (10%) 250 mL 5%
Tris-Cl (1 M, pH 7.5) 100 mL 200 mM
H2O, RNase-free 140 mL
All reagents used to make this buffer should be prepared with RNase-free H2O.
Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature. Dilute 1:10 as needed to make 1X.
