Dulbecco’s PBS for lipid labeling

Reagent Amount to add (for 1 L) Final concentration
NaCl 8 g 137 mM
KCl 200 mg 2.68 mM
Na2HPO4 1.43 g 10.1 mM
KH2PO4 240 mg 1.76 mM
H2O to 1 L
Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl or NaOH. After sterilization by filtration (0.2 μm), the solution can be stored at room temperature for several months.
