Recipe

1-O-Hept-6-ynoyl-2-O-myristoyl-3-O-(bis-(2-acetylthio)ethoxy)-phosphoryl)-sn-glycerol; or one of the three alternatives listed below		1 μL	4 mM
	1-O-Undec-10-ynyl-2-O-myristoyl-3-O-(bis-(2(acetylthio)ethoxy)-phosphoryl)-sn-glycerol
	6-Heptynoic acid or other ω-alkynoic acids
	1-O-(10-(Cyclooct-2-ynyloxy)decanoyl)-2-O-myristoyl-3-O-(bis-(2-(acetylthio)ethoxy)-phosphoryl)-sn-glycerol
Prepare the chosen compound from the above list as a 40 mM stock in DMSO.^a
Pluronic F-127 (10% prepared in DMSO)		5 μL	5%
DMSO		4 μL

Prepare the mix fresh immediately before each labeling experiment.
