MABT (D)

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration
Maleic acid 11.6 g 100 mM
NaCl 8.8 g 150 mM
Tween 20 (10%, v/v) 1 mL 0.1% (v/v)
Dissolve the components and adjust the pH to 7.5 with concentrated NaOH. Adjust the volume to 1 L with H2O and sterilize. Store at room temperature.
