Acetylcholinesterase stain
MATERIALS
METHOD
Prepare this stain on the day that it will be used.

1. Make an acetylthiocholine iodide solution (Solution A) by adding 0.452 g to 200 mL of H2O.

2. Make Solution B by combining 50 mL of 80 mM glycine, 50 mL of 16 mM CuSO4, and 100 mL of 0.2 M sodium acetate buffer (pH 5.0).

3. Combine Solutions A and B.
