Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM)

20% fetal bovine serum (FBS)

100 ng/mL Flt3-ligand (FL)

100 ng/mL stem cell factor (SCF)

100 ng/mL thrombopoietin (TPO)

Use cytokines that are specific to the species of the target cells.
