To prepare a 1× solution, combine all components in ∼800 mL of H2O and stir to dissolve. Adjust the pH to 7.4 and bring to a final volume of 1 L. Sterilize by autoclaving. (A 10× stock solution of PBS(D) can be prepared and diluted to 1× as needed.)
