YEPD Agar Plates

Reagent Quantity
Bacto-agar (2%) 20 g
YEPD liquid medium 1 L

  • Add Bacto-agar to YEPD liquid medium in a 2-L flask and autoclave. Fill sterile Petri dishes with 30–40 mL of autoclaved medium.
