Tricaine powder (MS-222; Sigma-Aldrich A5040)
Tris base (1M; pH 9)
To prepare 50 mL of stock solution, add 48 mL of H2O to 200 mg of Tricaine powder and 2 mL of 1 m Tris base (pH 9). Adjust to pH 7. Store at –20°C in 1-mL aliquots.
