The terplex system for delivering DNA to targeted cells comprises three components: stearyl polylysine (PLL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and DNA. This article describes transfection of A7R5 cells or CCD-32 cells with a terplex complex containing c-myb antisense oligonucleotide to analyze the antiproliferative effect of the transfected sequence.
