5 mm NaCl

0.17 mm KCl

10 mm HEPES

0.33 mm MgSO4•7H2O

0.33 mm CaCl2•6H2O

Prepare in sterile H2O. Adjust the pH to 7.8. Optionally, add 0.00002% methylene blue as an antifungal agent.
