KCl (3 m) 33.3 mL   50 mm
EDTA (0.5 m, pH 8.0)  0.8 mL  0.2 mm
Glycerol (100%, v/v)  400 mL 20% (v/v)
H2O  to 2 L
Store at 4°C.
