Homogenization Buffer (HB) for Cerebellar Microsomal Preparation
Prepare a solution containing 5 mm NaN3 and 20 mm HEPES (adjusted to pH 7.4 with KOH). Immediately before use, add the following protease inhibitors:

| Pepstatin (1 mg in 0.2 mL of methanol) | 10 μg/mL |
| PMSF (50 mg/mL in ethanol, freshly prepared) | 0.1 mg/mL |
