Gey’s Balanced Salt Solution

KCl 0.370
KH2PO4 0.030
MgCl2·6H2O 0.210
MgSO4·7H2O 0.070
NaCl 8.000
NaHCO3 0.227
Na2HPO4 0.120
d-glucose 1.000
Add the reagents to 1 L of distilled H2O. Sterile filter and store in 500-mL aliquots at 4°C.
