Danieau's Solution

Reagent Final concentration (1×)
NaCl 17.4 mm
KCl 0.21 mm
MgSO4·7H2O 0.12 mm
Ca(NO3)2 0.18 mm
HEPES  1.5 mm
Prepare 2 L of a 10× stock solution and store at 4°C. Just
before use, dilute to 1× (100 µl + 900 µL Milli-Q H2O),
adjust the pH to 7.2 with NaOH, and warm to 28.5°C.
