Nuclease-Free H2O

Reagent Amount
Milli-Q H2O 999 mL
Diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC)   1 mL
Prepare in a fume hood. Mix DEPC with H2O and
allow to stand for 1 h. Autoclave for 15 min at
121°C.
