Intracellular Solution with DM-Nitrophen and Fluo-4

Component Final concentration (mm)
KCl  135
NaCl  10
HEPES  15
NaATP   3
CaCl2  0.25
DM-nitrophen   4
Fluo-4 (pentapotassium salt)  0.10
Adjust to pH 7.3 with KOH. Best prepared fresh, with no autoclaving, but can be stored at −20°C in aliquots. Use within 4 wk.
