First-Strand Buffer for RT–PCR (5×)

Reagent Quantity (for 1 mL) Final concentration
Tris–HCl (1 m, pH 8.3) 250 µL  0.25 m
KCl (1 m) 375 µL 375 mm
MgCl2 (1 m)  15 µL  15 mm
DTT (0.5 m) 200 µL  0.1 m
H2O 160 µL
Store for up to 6–12 mo at –20°C.
