Recipe

2× YT Medium

Measure ∼900 mL of distilled H2O. Add 16 g of Bacto Tryptone, 10 g of Bacto yeast extract, and 5 g of NaCl. Mix to dissolve. Adjust pH to 7.0 with 5 n NaOH. Adjust to 1 L with distilled H2O. Sterilize by autoclaving.
