Citrate Buffer (0.01 m, pH 5.6–6)

Mix 0.01 m sodium citrate with 0.01 m citric acid at a 1:4 ratio by volume. Adjust the pH to 5.6–6 using 0.1 n HCl. Prepare fresh.
