Acetylation Buffer

| Triethanolamine (TEA) | 13.5 mL | 1.35% (v/v) |
| Acetic anhydride | 2.5 mL | 0.25% (v/v) |
| Ultrapure ddH2O (<18 Ω) | to 1 L | – |
| Add TEA to ddH2O and mix on a stir plate. Add acetic anhydride just before pouring onto slides. Prepare fresh. | ||
