SSPE (20×, pH 7.4)

Reagent Amount for 1 L Final Concentration
NaCl 175.3 g   3 m
NaH2PO4 · H2O  27.6 g   0.2 m
EDTA  7.4 g  0.02 m
DEPC-treated H2O  to 1 L
Adjust the pH to 7.4 with 10 n NaOH. Store at room temperature.
