| Ammonium heptamolybdate | 4 mm |
| 10 mL of reagent 1 is sufficient for each 96-well plate. Always prepare the solution fresh and keep it for a maximum of 4 h at 4°C. Make sure that ascorbic acid is completely dissolved before adding ammonium heptamolybdate. Stock solutions of 10% ammonium heptamolybdate can be aliquoted and stored at −20°C. Replace the ammonium heptamolybdate solution once precipitation occurs. | |
