Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS; 1×, pH 7.4)

Reagent Quantity (g) Final concentration (mm)
NaCl 8.0 137.0
KCl  0.20  2.7
Na2HPO4  1.14  8.0
KH2PO4  0.20  1.5
Combine all ingredients in ∼800 mL of H2O and stir to dissolve. Adjust pH to 7.4 and bring final volume to 1 L. Sterilize by autoclaving.
