Loading Dye (6×)

Reagent Final concentration
Bromophenol blue 0.25% (w/v)
Xylene cyanol 0.25% (w/v)
Ficoll 400   15% (w/v)
Dissolve the reagents in water. Mix thoroughly, filter sterilize, and store at 4°C.
