Viral DNA Mix for Lentiviral Vectors
Purify all of the plasmids with Maxiprep kits (QIAGEN). Combine the plasmids as indicated for either Lipofectamine 2000 transfection (three 10-cm plates) or calcium phosphate transfection (eight 15-cm plates).
