Reagent Final concentration
Sucrose  250 mm
KCl   3 mm
CaCl2   2 mm
MgSO4   2 mm
NaH2PO4   1.25 mm
NaHCO3   27 mm
Dextrose   10 mm
Saturate the solution with 95% O2 and 5% CO2.
