Bead-Binding Buffer
Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)
Tween 20 (0.2%)
Dissolve one pouch of powdered PBS (Sigma-Aldrich P5368) in 1 L of dH2O, and sterilize by autoclaving. Add Tween 20 to a final concentration of 0.2%, and filter-sterilize. Store for up to 1 yr at 4°C.
