NaCl  175.3 g  350.6 g   3 m
EDTA (no sodium)   5.8 g  11.7 g  20 mm
Tris–base  24.2 g  48.4 g 200 mm
H2O to 1 L to 2 L
Adjust the pH to 7.8 with HCl and autoclave. Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
