Soaking Buffer for Mouse Intestine

30 mm EDTA

1.5 mm dithiothreitol (DTT)

Prepare in Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (D-PBS) or Hank's buffered salt solution (HBSS) without Ca²⁺ or Mg²⁺. If required, add 10 µm Y-27632 just before use.
