| Adjust the pH of this solution to 7.2 during the titration of aspartic acid with CsOH. This solution can be prepared before the experiments and can be stored in aliquots, kept at −20°C, for several weeks, but, in that case, K5Fluo-3 should only be added at the time of use. | |
