WEHI Conditioned Medium
45% IMDM
45% DMEM (high glucose)
10% fetal bovine serum
50 U/mL penicillin
50 µg/mL streptomycin
Condition the medium by growing it on WEHI cells. These cells are thought to predominantly release IL-3 (Lee et al. 1982). Collect the medium after it turns orange.
