Methotrexate (MTX) Medium

Reagents Final concentration (1×)
Yeast nitrogen base without amino acids but with ammonium sulfate    6.7 g/L
Noble agar 2.5% (w/v)
Amino acid mix (10×)     1×
Glucose   2% (w/v)
Methotrexate (e.g., Bioshop) 200 µg/mL
Prepare the MTX medium 1–2 d before use and store at room temperature.
