| Use 3% (w/v) agar in OmniTray plates or 2% (w/v) for Petri dishes. Prepare the following formulations: (1) solid medium in
Petri plates with glucose; (2) solid medium in Omniplates and liquid medium with glucose and G418; (3) liquid medium with
raffinose; (4) and solid medium in Omniplates with raffinose, galactose, and G418, with and without 5-FC. For long term storage,
keep at 2°C–8°C.
