ChIP Buffer III

10 mm Tris–HCl (pH 8.0)

0.25 m LiCl

0.5% (v/v) NP-40

0.5% (w/v) Sodium deoxycholate

1 mm EDTA

Combine components and filter-sterilize. (This buffer can be stably stored for many months at room temperature.)
