RBC Lysis Buffer for Tissue Dissociation

0.0185 g EDTA (tetrasodium salt dihydrate)

0.5 g KHCO₃

4.13 g NH₄Cl

500 mL double-distilled H₂O

Mix in a large (≥500-mL) flask and autoclave. Store for up to 6 mo at room temperature or at 4°C. Always use at room temperature.
