Complete Medium for Metastasis Studies

50 mL FBS-TF

5 mL penicillin-streptomycin stock solution (10,000 U/mL penicillin and 10,000 µg/mL streptomycin)

450 mL DMEM/F12 medium

Filter-sterilize, aliquot, and store in a dark bottle. Keep for up to 3 wk at 4°C or for up to 2 mo at −20°C.
