PBS (10×; pH 7.4)

320 g NaCl

8 g KCl

57.6 g Na2HPO4

9.6 g KH2PO4

Dissolve in 3 L of distilled H2O. Adjust the pH to 7.4. Bring to 4 L with distilled H2O. Autoclave. Store at room temperature or 25°C for up to 12 mo.
