High-Glucose Complete Medium

10% (v/v) fetal bovine serum, tetracycline-free (FBS-TF)

25 mm HEPES

1% (v/v) penicillin-streptomycin stock solution (10,000 U/ml penicillin and 10,000 µg/ml streptomycin)

Prepare in high-glucose DMEM. Only use FBS-TF that has been functionally tested with tetracycline-inducible expression systems.
